 The chemical composition of the ingots can meet the requirements of ASTM, AMS, MIL, ISO standard, as well as the customer’s special requirements.

3>Process flow:

The titanium sponge is compacted as the electrodes blocks by 2000t forging oil press and  the electrodes blocks is  welded in the vacuum plasma welding chamber. Ingots are manufactured by double or triple melt in 3t self-consumable VAR Furnace. Their surfaces are subjected to machining. After that, the ingots are subjected to ultrasonic testing and quality inspection.

4>Testing:

 We can supply Material Quality List,Mechanical Properties and Crack Detection Report.

All of the finished products must be tested by viewing and Professional testing equipment before shipping,ensuring without defect inside and the tolerance of the dimensions will be within the scope of customers' demands.
